Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are fixed on orders without free shipping. The shipping total will be calculated at Checkout page.

Shipping Times: Shipping times will vary depending on the location, however from the date of dispatch orders are expected to take 2-3 days.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +962792006390 with your order number and reason for return.

Return Process: Once your return is approved, we will send the courier to your location and they will receive the items.
Please securely pack the items and include the original packing slip.


Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds will be made via Cliq payment to the account of your choosing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
